What is your return policy?

 
Customer service is a top priority at CigaWatt.com. You may return defective items within 30 days of received by date as indicated by your tracking information. Our policy covers any manufacture defective items, dead on arrival items, and items that do not appear as listed on the website.
Items damaged by miss-use or improper care and tanks or devices that you just don't care for are not covered by our policy!  If you received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in depth information on your items. We are happy to help.

Our returns policy excludes Drip Tips, e-liquid, and atomizers. These items are all sales final.  Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong item(s).  Should you receive the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Returns address after contacting us, in most cases a return label will be provided to you. 

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. After Inspection, if deemed defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must include all items that come with your item, this goes for starter kits and items that come as sets. If still available please include the packaging that your item came in.
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.

Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing products from this web site is strictly illegal and is punishable by law. Purchasing items on behalf of a minor is prohibited and punishable by law. We reserve the right to ask for identification upon our discretion.
By shopping our store, you are confirming you are of legal age in your state to purchase electronic cigarette products. We reserve the right to deny any order if we think it is placed by a minor. Providing a false declaration under penalties of perjury is a criminal offense.

Age Verification
We reserve the right to use third party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law. If necessary, we reserve the right to ask for identification if necessary. You must be of legal age in your state to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase electronic cigarette products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may require to review your identification card. You will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address. We will require a signed authorization note along with a legible copy of your identification card. We will cancel the order if proper identification cannot be given in an appropriate amount of time.
All fraudulent orders may be reported to the local authorities within your vicinity.

Billing Validation
All credit card billing address information you provide must match in our system with that of the cardholder. If the information does not match, your order will be declined.

Credit Card Validation
For the protection of card holders and our company, orders that appear fraudulent may be put on hold for manual review. If necessary, a Customer Service Representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be cancelled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.

Refusal or Limit of service
Due to the nature of internet sales, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you feel your refusal of service was unnecessary, please contact our Customer Service team at 660-429-3244.
